Is smoking allowed in Mind Mystery?
Mind Mystery is a completely smoke-free venue.
There are no smoking areas inside Mind Mystery. Smoking is permitted outside the park gates: you can get a stamp at the Mind Mystery Shop and leave the park briefly; you can then re-enter by showing the stamp.
Can I celebrate a children’s birthday party at Mind Mystery?
Of course! It’s definitely possible to celebrate a birthday or throw a kids’ party at Mind Mystery!

Is my Museumkaart valid at Mind Mystery?
No, the Museum Card is not valid at Mind Mystery.
This is because we are more than just a museum; we focus more on wonder and amazement. The Vriendenloterij VIP Card is also not valid at Mind Mystery.
I would like to make a reservation for a group at Mind Mystery. Can I take an option or make a reservation?
Small groups cannot reserve a table at Mind Mystery.
If you’re part of a large group (20 people or more), we’d be happy to reserve a table for you! Please contact us to make arrangements.
I have booked tickets for Mind Mystery but I want to cancel. Can I get my money back?
Tickets for a visit to Mind Mystery (including tickets booked for a specific date) remain valid for one year from the date the visit was originally scheduled.
You do not need to immediately provide a new visit date to take advantage of this validity. You can choose a new visit date within that one-year period and rebook your tickets yourself for free.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a refund for tickets that have already been purchased.
I have booked tickets but would like to change the time or the day, is that possible?
It is possible to change the day or time if not sold out. You can easily arrange this yourself through our website. The rebooking of tickets is free of charge.
I have not received my e-ticket for Mind Mystery, what should I do?
Your ticket for Mind Mystery may have gone into your spam folder. If you cannot find the ticket there either, please get in touch, we will be happy to help
Can I buy tickets for Mind Mystery online if I don’t have a printer?
After placing your order with Mind Mystery, you’ll receive a QR code via email, which we can scan from your phone at our checkout.
Can I buy my tickets at the entrance of Mind Mystery?
Yes, you can buy tickets at the entrance of Mind Mystery! We do advise guests to buy tickets online, however. In this way, you can be sure you will have access during your preferred time slot.
Is Mind Mystery an escape room or a ‘closed’ attraction of that type?
No, Mind Mystery is not an escape room. You will not be locked inside a room. You are free to access and leave all areas as you please.
Can I bring my dog to Mind Mystery?
Dogs are not allowed in Mind Mystery. However, assistance and guide dogs are welcome.
Is there a place to store my valuables at Mind Mystery?
Certainly! Lockers are available at the entrance to Mind Mystery for your convenience, free of charge. Ask the employee at the entrance for a key.
Does Mind Mystery offer (paid) parking?
There is plenty of free parking space at the entrance to Mind Mystery.
Does Mind Mystery offer a rainy day guarantee?
No Mind Mystery does not offer a rainy day guarantee. The topsy-turvy house has a waterproof floor, and you can get lost in the mirror maze for hours where it’s nice and dry. Or you could admire the paintings in the museum and check the rain radar while enjoying a snack and a drink in our restaurant.
Can I bring my own refreshments with me to Mind Mystery?
No, we ask that all refreshments are bought at the Mind Mystery. You will find plenty of opportunities for food and drink to enjoy at our restaurant!

On average, visitors spend 2 to 3 hours at Mind Mystery. Of course, it also depends how quickly you solve the puzzles
I am organising the staff party/family day/team outing this year. Can I book a complete package with Mind Mystery?
Of course you can get the full package at Mind Mystery! If you are planning to visit with a group of more than 15 people, you can book your group ticket online. If you would rather explore the possibilities with us, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you!
Is Mind Mystery wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, Mind Mystery only has limited wheelchair access. This is inherent to our concept. Several experiences are accessible (entrance, kaleidoscope, museum, games square, catering) but some aren’t: this is why we offer a reduced rate. These tickets can be booked online as well.
Is Mind Mystery inside or outside? Will my visit be fun if it rains?
Most of your Mind Mystery visit happens indoors. There are also some outdoor activities and the walking routes to the various activities are usually in the open air. Experience has taught us that a visit to Mind Mystery is easily doable with a shower or two.
Is Mind Mystery also fun for children 4 years old or younger?
Mind Mystery is also fun to visit with children ages 4 and under, but most of the experiences are primarily designed for children ages 5 and up.
Young children can, of course, enjoy the unique spaces, optical illusions, and interactive elements, but they may not yet fully understand many of the illusions, puzzles, and tricks. That’s why children 4 and under get free admission (upon presentation of valid proof of age). This way, the whole family can explore together, and there’s every reason to come back in a few years when your child will experience the exhibits in a whole new way.
Why does Mind Mystery work with time slots?
Mind Mystery is a small park where you can see and experience a lot in relation to its size. Visits take 2.5 hours on average.
During this time we want you to be able to fully experience what Mind Mystery is all about. By working with time slots, we can control the number of visitors who visit the park at the same time. This should give you the peace and space you need to thoroughly enjoy everything. Unfortunately, this also means that we may be sold out and you may need to plan a different date or time for your visit. We understand this is inconvenient, but it ultimately allows us to promise that this will benefit you as a guest, and your entire experience.
