MUSEUM

In this gallery full of illusions you will learn more about well known and lesser known graphic illusions. Find out how they work and how they impact our brain. We will take you on a journey across five different rooms where you will discover the work of famous artists, anaglyphs (3D-images) and impressive original pieces by Patrick Hughes and Hans Hamngren.
Met de familie naar het museum.

DO YOU SEE WHAT I SEE?

Illusions in which you can find multiple things are called ‘Ambiguous figures’. In these figures you’ll see one illusions at first, which will change into another figure later-on, and possibly into a third figure when you keep looking. Your brain is programmed to see one thing instead of multiple things, which makes it impossible to see multiple illustrations at the same time.

You can find multiple ambiguous figures in our museum. Discover which illustration you see first! How fast can you switch perspective?
